Our Custom Order Process:
After getting in touch with us, we'll gather the important details for your project, and work closely with you to develop a conceptual design that meets your exact specifications, and help you choose the best materials to accomplish the job. Lead time will vary by design, materials requested, and current production workload, but current lead times are in the 12-15 week range. Custom furniture and home decor orders will be subject to a 50% down payment upon order placement, with the remainder due prior to shipment (or delivery if local). A non-refundable $100 design fee will be applied to all custom projects to cover our design time, and will be credited towards the order once placed.
Free on-site design consultation available within 75 miles of Kenosha, WI. For locations beyond 75 miles, reach out to us for an estimate! We offer free virtual consultations as well! Delivery is $200 within 75 miles of our shop. Please email us for a delivery or shipment quote if you live beyond a 75 mile radius
Once placed, the order can be canceled within 48 hours, after that, the 50% down payment will not be refunded.
Once delivered, custom ordered pieces are non-returnable. If there is an issue with a piece, we will make it right!
